While financial considerations are not our foremost concern, they
are an unavoidable aspect of providing for your dental health. We
have several payment options available so that everyone has a chance
to get the smile they deserve. We must require payment at the time
of service.
We can accept:
Cash, Money Orders, and Personal Checks
For treatment plans in excess of $4,000, we can offer a 5% discount
for patients that pay in full with one of these methods prior to the
start of treatment.
Credit Cards
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or your bank debit card are all welcome.
Insurance
We will gladly process your dental claims and communicate with your
insurance company on your behalf regarding your treatment with us.
We can usually obtain a pre-treatment estimate of the insurer's
contribution before you arrive for your appointment. We are then
able to accept the co-pay amount at the time of your appointment and
will wait up to 6 weeks for the insurance company to make payment of
their portion. We will do everything we can to assist you in
maximizing your insurance benefit, however, you will be personally
responsible for your account should your insurer fail to make the
anticipated payments within 6 weeks of your appointment.
CareCredit
We offer this option to allow you to begin treatment immediately and
spread the costs over a period of time. CareCredit offers a
reasonable alternative to waiting for the care you need and want.

It is always best to know your condition and formulate a plan. Once
we have the opportunity to determine your dental needs, we can

sequence your care so as to fit within your budget.
